It's a delicious taste faithful to herbs and spices, an magnificent parade of unique delicacies, where cheeses, sausages, meats, cod and the convent sweets, made with mastery and a refined taste over generations, find in nectar of the thick and velvety wines of the region, the precious company that makes our senses in a mild delirium.

Our standard menu consists in regional entries of the Alto Alentejo with 60 regional delicacies varieties that make up the petisqueira.
The aim of the petisqueira is to give a gastronomic show of our region.
It also adds a table with cheeses, black pork ham and sausages of the Alentejo.
After tasting the entries is served at the table a mix of grilled meats of excellent quality with five different varieties composed of black pork, veal and lamb. Five different dishes of exceptional taste complete the main course.
Last but not least comes the tasty desserts table, available to the customer for one to serve at will. This consists of an array of 15 conventual candies and fruits.
There are still Alentejo liquors, homemade bagaço and medronho of Portalegre. These are on the house.
The drinks to the description are served to our customer. Among them are white and red wine of the house, beer, soft drinks, sangria and coffee.
